Ingredients

  • Fresh peaches:

    2

  • Prosecco:

    10 cl

  • Ice cubes:

    A few

  • Mint leaves:

    1 sprig

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and pit the fresh peaches, then blend them into a smooth purée.
  2. 2. Chill the Prosecco in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. In a blender, combine the peach purée with the chilled Prosecco.
  4. 4. Add a few ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing chill.
  5. 5. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  6. 6. Pour the Peach Bellini into a chilled champagne flute.
  7. 7. Garnish with a sprig of mint for a touch of freshness.
  8. 8. Serve the Peach Bellini immediately and enjoy the bubbly blend of succulent peach puree and sparkling Prosecco!
