Instructions
- 1. Peel and pit the fresh peaches, then blend them into a smooth purée.
- 2. Chill the Prosecco in the refrigerator.
- 3. In a blender, combine the peach purée with the chilled Prosecco.
- 4. Add a few ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing chill.
- 5. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- 6. Pour the Peach Bellini into a chilled champagne flute.
- 7. Garnish with a sprig of mint for a touch of freshness.
- 8. Serve the Peach Bellini immediately and enjoy the bubbly blend of succulent peach puree and sparkling Prosecco!
